Dear Parents,
It is time to register for the 2011-2012 school year. Each child needs the following paperwork in order to be picked up from school:
- New enrollment form (childcare licensing reguires each child have a new form once yearly)
- Credit card back up form
- Tuition and fee schedule
IF ANY OF THESE FORMS ARE MISSING WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD.
The registration fee includes a new karate t-shirt to be worn on Tuesdays to school and receive a free snack in our snack bar. Registration is:
$40.00 - 1 Student
$75.00 - 2 Students
- $10 discount if turned in by Friday, August 5th, deadline is Friday, August 12th. We are only accepting 13 students from each school on a first come, first serve basis.
Weekly after school tuition if paid by Monday of the current week is $65.00 per student.*
*Please add $10.00 per week for kindergarten. We cannot reserve your child's placement in our programs without registration fees and paperwork. If you have any question please see a staff member.
