GTSD Karate was established in June of 2000 and has been proudly serving humble for nearly 8 years. We currently have more than 130 students actively enrolled and are working at expanding our martial arts family more every day. We are located at the corner of S. After School Registration 2008-2009
Dear Parents,
It is time to register for the 2008-2009 school year. Each childneeds the following paperwork in order for us to pick them up from school:
- New enrollmnet form (childcare licensing requires each child have new form yearly)
- Credit card back-up form
- Holiday schedule acknowledgement
We are very excited about the upcoming school year! Please register early due to space limitations. The registration fee includes a new karate t-shirt to be worn on Tuesdays to school & receive a free snack.
Registration is:
Current Students
$40.00- 1 student
$75.00- 2 students
$95.00- 3 students
New Students
$55.00 - 1 student
$105.00 - 2 students
$150.00 - 3 students
Weekly after school tuition is:
$65.00 - 1 student (1st - 5th grade)
$125.00 - 2 students
$180.00 - 3 students
Please add $10.00 per week for Kindergarten & $5.00 per week for middle school. Your child's space in our program cannot be saved without registration & paperwork turned in. Please see Mrs. G if you have any question.
